   Capital 10 Interiors owner & and designer Jonathan Bailey started working entirely with 3D modeling programs less then a year ago. Within one month, learned how to create a construction models that can be viewed from any angle and have proven to be very fast, effective, and frankly much better then the traditional Auto CAD that has been the industry standard for much time. Capital 10 Interiors is now going to throw CAD out the door!  There's no way we'll be picking up any of the typical CAD software again any time soon – we'll be using SketchUp Pro. Any engineers we work with will receive exports right from our SketchUp model. It works beautifully.
