• Monthly Staff Meeting (all employees)
• Weekly Operations Meeting (all Crew Leaders and those interested in advancing to this position)
• Daily on-the-job (specific techniques, products, real-world scenarios)
• In our office or shop
• Through handouts
• Through role-playing
