At J.Bailey Design Reno's we believe the kitchen is the hart of the home. Planning a new kitchen is one of the most exciting journeys one can embark on. The following estimator will give you an idea of what price range you may be looking at as you plan the kitchen of your dreams. Most retailers will put on display a "per liner foot" (PLF) price based on a 10x10 basic un-accessorized kitchen. We are calling it the market standard.It is important to understand this price is a base price and is best used to compare different door style selections and understand the starting point of any quote. Your kitchen will most likely include different cabinets then shown in the market standard kitchen, as well as the various storage solutions, decorative embellishments and finished details then you have selected. The "Deluxe" kitchen includes different cabinets and a modest amount of storage and decorative options. The "Premium kitchen includes more storage and decorative options, a pantry and an island. The PLF for these kitchens will be higher then the market standard, as they include the different options as listed. Your dream kitchen will be Deluxe, Premium or somewhere in between.

​Use this spread sheet to get a a estimate on the cost of your kitchen by following these steps.


1) Review the standard, deluxe and premium options from the kitchen estimator (from above select A, B or C). Determine which option best suites your needs.

​2) Find the PLU for the door style your interested in from the back of the door in the selling center. This is your market standard PLF or starting point.​

​3) Locate the market standard PLF on the chart below that matches the PLF of the door. Note the "B" (for bucket) that this  PLF/door style is in.

​4) Determine your kitchen dimensions. Based on your selection find the market standard, deluxe or premium​​ with in the "B" (bucket) and quote the range that covers your footage - OR - multiply the PLF dbeside deluxe/premium fottage.
