   Some people get the exterior painted to beautify their home; others paint to protect it. Capital 10 Interiors understands that both schools of thought are correct, and when we paint an exterior, we accomplish both tasks at once!

Exterior Painting Service: 
Harmonious exterior colours transform your house into a home.
  • Powerwashing the exterior of the home to remove dirt, mildew, chalk, and loose paint.
  • Scraping of any remaining loose paint and spot-priming any bare wood or areas that require priming;
    i.e damaged areas or repaired areas with new materials.
  • Caulking of gaps and cracks as required.
  • Careful protection of surfaces that are NOT to receive paint, such as decks, patios, brick, windows, driveways, roofing, etc.
  • Siding and soffits are sprayed with two coats of premium exterior paint
  • Trim (i.e. fascia boards, shutters, doors, porch posts, etc.) are brushed with 2 coats of premium exterior paint.
  • The job site is picked up at the end of each day. All materials, tools, and equipment are put in an area designated by you.
  • At the end of the job, all masking and painting materials are cleaned up and disposed of properly.

    •  Set-Up: We cover everything that needs to be protected from paint. Heavy pieces of furniture moved or covered with plastic sheeting

    •  Prepare: The surfaces are all prepared. Nail holes and other similar imperfections on the wall are filled and sanded, stains sealed, all so that your paint job looks perfect.

    •  Paint: Surfaces are primed with two coats of premium interior paint, if necessary, and then we use a   premium high quality paint to ensure a smooth finish.  are painted

    •  Ceilings: Painted with flat ceiling white paint or similar

    •  Details: Baseboards, doors, and other trim are painted with 2 coats of premium interior semi-gloss paint

    •  Clean: We know the job isn't done until everything is cleaned up. You'd never be able to tell we were there if it wasn't for the beautiful fresh paint! Carpet is vacuumed, furniture is put back in it’s original location. Blinds are re-installed.

    •  Follow- Up: Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We welcome your feedback and will not consider the job finished until you are 100% satisfied
