  • 2 hr with a project manager and interior redesigner to discuss the plan.
  • Figure out how much space is, or will be needed.
    Optimize your interior layout to increase efficiency and functionality.
  • A scaled, bird's eye view layout of the room with potential plans using furniture from other rooms and place them in accordance to how the room should feel and their function.
  • We may also help with fabric for curtains, re upholstering furniture if requested,
    adding or subtracting items from other rooms to relocate into another room where it will function better
  • Paint colour selection for the same room (inc. wall, ceiling, trim, and door colour)
  • An optional list of items that would look great in a specific space.
  • An estimate for any potential future work

    • Pre-Space Design: Based on the initial consultation Capital 10 Interiors will figure out how much space is, or will be needed by preparing thumbnail designs. Next we will optimize your interior layout to increase efficiency and functionality by chossing the equipment, finishes, furnishings and fixtures that will work best for you with your design concept and budget.
    • Custom Design: Our projects often call for a little creative custom work, and when this happens the project manager along with a design team will conceptualize storage units, built in cabinets, and/or anything that we need to complete the work needed.     • Fire Place Enhancement (If Required):  Fireplaces can be a great focal point, though they require special attention at times. Often when we are working on a project we need to recreate and enhance existing pieces.
    • Lighting Planning: Devise a dramatic and functional lighting plan and recommend light fixtures. This is when Capital 10's team chooses the best lighting for your project needs and co-ordinates any labour needed to carry out the desired outcome. We will provide your clients and affiliates with a detailed lighting plan outlining the most important areas. See our Lightings page for details.
    • Colour Scheme: The redesign group will endeavour to select the proper colour scheme that works best for the needs of the client and the space. See our Colour Services page for all the details

                • Finesse your space with finishing decor: From fabric for curtains, adding or subtracting items from other rooms (to relocate into another room where it will function better). Experiment! This includes wall treatments, moldings, co-ordinating carpets, cushions, throws, indoor or outdoor plants, and anything else you can think of that adds to the design scheme.
